Refund policy
Hey Mama, we want you to love your order! Because every item is made to order, printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.
We happily replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@capablemama.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Please note:
- Digital products (ebooks, planners, checklists) are non-refundable.
- Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, bottles) follows the same policy as apparel — non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
